Do I need to come to Spain?
No, there is no need for you to be in Spain. We will go to the Notary on your behalf with a Power of Attorney.
Do I need to deposit the capital stock of €3.000?
Not anymore
Do I need a local Director?
No, you can be the Director of the Company even if living abroad.
Do I need an address for the Company?
Yes, and if you don’t have one you can use our legal address (for an additional cost).
Do I need a local tax ID?
Yes, it is called a NIE. If the Company in Spain will be owned by a foreign Company, both you as the Director and the foreign Company will need a NIE.
You can obtain both at your local Spanish Embassy or we can take care of it (for an additional cost).
